Dive-site story
Blausee is a spring-fed alpine lake in the Kandertal region of the Bernese Oberland. Formed by a prehistoric rockfall, the basin holds turquoise water over submerged, moss-draped spruce trunks and a stone sculpture of a maiden near the walkway. Diving inside this protected nature park is restricted to designated winter periods, coinciding with peak water clarity and reduced visitor traffic.
