Dive-site story
Situated at the southern tip of the Sinai Peninsula within Ras Mohammed National Park, Shark and Yolanda Reefs form one of the Red Sea's premier drift dive destinations. The route typically begins on the sheer drop-off of Shark Reef, where a vertical wall plunges into blue water, before sweeping divers across a coral saddle to Yolanda Reef. Beyond dense soft coral gardens, Yolanda Reef features the scattered cargo of the Cypriot freighter Yolanda, famous for its sprawling field of porcelain toilets and bathtubs.
