Dive-site story
Set along the rocky headland of Cap de Salou on Catalonia's Costa Daurada, this site consists of several shallow sea caves, crevices, and swim-throughs carved into the limestone cliffs. Ambient daylight illuminates most of the caverns, making navigation straightforward for recreational divers exploring the shadows. Outside the overhangs, the seabed transitions into rocky boulders and posidonia seagrass patches populated by typical Mediterranean fauna.
Sunlight beams filtering through cave openings and arches
Rocky recesses harboring octopuses, moray eels, and small crustaceans
Rich macro life coating the cave walls, including sponges and colonial anemones
