Dive-site story
The Marianna is a Greek cargo vessel that struck the Amarides reef between Naxos and Paros in the early nineteen-eighties. Resting on a clean sandy seabed, the wreck split into distinct sections that now serve as an artificial reef structure. Divers can explore open cargo holds, the collapsed superstructure, and engine room remnants where natural light filters through jagged hull openings.
Extensive hull framing and open cargo holds that permit easy external inspection and light swim-throughs
Broken winches and machinery scattered across the sandy bottom surrounding the main wreckage
Reef fish sheltering under fallen steel plates and within shadow pockets of the stern section

Seasonality
