Dive-site story
Located at the eastern end of Tulamben Bay, Drop Off is an ancient volcanic lava flow that plunges dramatically into deep blue water. Divers enter from the black pebble beach and swim past a coral-covered slope before arriving at the sheer vertical face. The wall structure is lined with enormous gorgonian sea fans, barrel sponges, and crinoids, providing shelter for macro critters and passing pelagics.
Massive gorgonian sea fans clinging to vertical lava walls
Excellent macro spotting opportunities including pygmy seahorses and colorful nudibranchs
