Dive-site story
Located directly off the main pier of Siladen Island in Bunaken National Park, this site transitions from a shallow reef flat into a steep, coral-covered wall dropping into deep water. The shallows shelter dense staghorn thickets and mushroom corals that host macro critters, while the outer drop-off catches mild currents that attract schools of reef fish and pelagic passersby. Night dives along the jetty pillars and reef slope reveal hunting cephalopods and crustaceans that remain hidden throughout daylight hours.
Rich macro life nestled among hard corals and sandy patches beneath the jetty structure
Steep wall draped in sea fans, sponges, and whip corals
Green sea turtles frequently resting along ledges or grazing on the reef top
Calm shallow sections well suited for extended night dives
