Dive-site story
The Angelika is a Greek cargo vessel that wrecked along the granite coastline of northern Sardinia near Santa Teresa Gallura in the early 1980s. Split into multiple sections, the steel hull and machinery rest on a seabed of sand, granite boulders, and Posidonia seagrass meadows. Divers can explore the prominent engine block, propeller shaft, and fractured plating that provide shelter for typical Mediterranean marine life.
