Dive-site story
Located off the northernmost tip of Malta at Ċirkewwa, this site centers on a spectacular natural rock formation created by the collapse of a limestone cavern ceiling. Divers typically enter from the shore along Susie's Pool or the quay, following the wall northward past boulder fields before the dramatic archway opens out into open water. The seafloor beneath drops toward a sand plain, while the surrounding reef offers crevices, small caves, and overhangs encrusted with sponges and bryozoans.
