Dive-site story
Located along the southern shore of Banderas Bay, Majahuitas is a sheltered cove defined by coastal boulders, sandy patches, and rocky outcrops. Divers follow a gradual slope where reef structure meets open sand flats. Protected from the open Pacific swells, it provides a relaxed environment suitable for check-out dives and macro photography.
Extensive garden eel colonies swaying along the deeper sand flats
Rocky crevices sheltering moray eels, octopuses, and nudibranchs
Sheltered conditions with minimal swell inside the cove
