Dive-site story
Situated north of Pulau Tulai near Tioman Island, Batu Malang is composed of massive granite boulders resting on a coral and sand seabed. Gaps between the rock stacks create natural swim-throughs coated in hard corals and gorgonian sea fans. The sheltered areas make navigation straightforward, while the outer rock faces host schooling reef fish and occasional passing pelagics.
