Dive-site story
Located at the eastern end of the North Idaho Centennial Trail along Lake Coeur d'Alene, Higgins Point is a popular freshwater shore dive. Divers enter from the gravel shoreline or boat ramp area, descending along a steep bottom gradient littered with sunken timber, boulder piles, and historical lake debris. The site features sharp thermoclines during warm months and drops into deep lake trenches.

Seasonality
