Dive-site story
Morrison Springs is a popular county park centered on a large artesian spring basin feeding the Choctawhatchee River. Divers descend across sandy limestone shelves surrounded by cypress knees before reaching the deep main cavity. Three distinct cavern cavities open out from the main limestone vent, providing cavern-certified and technical divers entry into submerged chambers illuminated by strong daylight from the spring pool above.
