Dive-site story
Resting upright on a sandy desert floor off the south coast of Oahu, this decommissioned harbor tug serves as an artificial reef. Divers can tour the exterior hull, peer into the wheelhouse, and inspect the open deck machinery where encrusting corals have taken hold. The relatively sheltered position inside Mamala Bay offers dependable visibility and manageable conditions on most mornings.
