Dive-site story
The Robert Gaskin is a three-masted wooden barque that sank in the late nineteenth century while attempting to assist in a salvage operation. Resting upright on the riverbed of the St. Lawrence River, the wreck features remarkably intact framing, decking, and hull timbers preserved by cold freshwater. River currents sweep across the site, making trim control and line management essential as you navigate the open deck structure.
