Dive-site story
Calf Rock sits southeast of St. Thomas near Great Saint James island, paired naturally with neighboring Cow Rock. The underwater topography consists of split boulder formations, shallow canyons, and narrow swim-throughs formed by volcanic rock encrusted with hard and soft corals. Light penetrates freely through the natural stone arches, illuminating resting nurse sharks and schools of silversides tucked into the cuts.
