Dive-site story
Cow Rock forms part of the well-known Cow and Calf formation off the southern coast of St. Thomas. The site features shallow submerged ledges, arches, and winding swim-throughs carved by wave action into the volcanic rock. Sunlight pours through overhead cracks into wide rocky corridors populated by gorgonians, brain corals, and schooling reef fish.
