Dive-site story
Located off Simon's Town inside the Table Mountain National Park Marine Protected Area, Castor Rock is a sprawling granite reef formation situated just north of Roman Rock. The topography consists of massive rounded corestone boulders, deep crevices, sheer vertical faces, and sandy aprons. Encrusting life coats the rock surfaces, making it a prime site for macro photography and temperate reef biodiversity.
