Dive-site story
Livingstone Reef is an offshore granite outcrop situated in False Bay near Simon's Town. The site features broken granite ridges, large corestone boulders, and low-profile reef systems separated by coarse shell sand patches. Invertebrate growth coats the rock surfaces, supported by rich temperate upwellings characteristic of the Cape Peninsula's eastern coastline.
