Dive-site story
Parque las Piedras sits in the sheltered waters of Golfo Nuevo off Puerto Madryn. The seabed is characterized by scattered rocky formations and low-relief resting ledges that provide shelter for diverse Patagonian invertebrates and reef fish. Because of its relatively shallow depth and easy navigation, the site is frequently used for training dives as well as relaxed natural-history excursions.
