Tauchplatz Dixi is an accessible freshwater shore site on the eastern bank of Lake Attersee. Divers descend over a gently sloping gravel bed before encountering a steep sediment incline littered with sunken branches, fallen trees, and small boat artifacts. Deeper profiles reveal classic alpine lake wall formations where cold-water species seek shelter among the cracks in the silt and rock.
