Dive-site story
Located on the seaward side of the Tollgate Islands off Batemans Bay, The Tunnel is one of the premier temperate boat dives in the Batemans Marine Park. Divers descend along sheer granite walls and boulder formations to enter a natural rock passage that cuts straight through the reef. Inside and around the openings, gutters and crevices provide sheltered resting areas for diverse shark species and schooling temperate fish.
