Dive-site story
The Chien Tong is a decommissioned Taiwanese longliner sunk upright on a flat sandy plain within the Sint Eustatius National Marine Park. Over the years, corals and sponges have encrusted the hull, creating a thriving artificial reef. Turtles often wedge themselves under deck structures to sleep, making the wreck one of the island's premier night-diving spots.
