Dive-site story
Situated along the sheltered western coast of Sint Eustatius, Ledges features a series of ancient volcanic formations stepping down toward the sand. Divers drift along coral-encrusted lava ridges where overhangs and crevices shelter crustaceans and resting nurse sharks. Large barrel sponges and sea fans dominate the rocky terraces, drawing grazing reef fish and patrolling pelagics from deeper water.
