Dive-site story
Situated within the Domaine des Îles recreational park near Sion, this gravel-pit lake serves as a primary training and local recreation dive site in the Valais region. Submerged training platforms, small wrecks, and navigation courses lie scattered across a gently sloping gravel bottom. Divers regularly share the water with freshwater fish species taking shelter among fallen branches and scattered weed beds.
