Dive-site story
Unterwilen is a freshwater shore dive on Lake Lucerne, situated along the shoreline below the Rigi massif. Divers enter from the lakeside and descend down a steep, stepped slope that transitions into sheer rock walls and boulder fields plunging into the depths. The colder deep water holds historical debris and dramatic rock formations typical of Swiss Alpine lake diving.
