Dive-site story
Located near the northwestern tip of Curaçao off Westpunt, this boat-only site features an open-ocean reef that drops away into deep blue water. Hard coral formations give way to steep slopes covered with colossal barrel sponges, sea plumes, and plate corals. Currents can pick up along the point, making it an invigorating drift dive where pelagics often cruise past the drop-off.
Vigorous spur-and-groove coral formations stepping down into a steep outer slope
Overgrown giant barrel sponges and dense fields of deepwater gorgonians
