Dive-site story
Deglersee, situated in the Upper Rhine plain near Rastatt, is a flooded gravel pit lake integrated into a recreational leisure park. Divers enter primarily from dedicated shore areas where underwater training platforms, submerged tree trunks, and purpose-sunk objects are installed across a gently sloping bottom of sand, silt, and gravel. Shallow weed beds border parts of the shoreline, creating shelter for local fish species.
