Tunisee is a gravel quarry lake located northwest of Freiburg im Breisgau in the Upper Rhine Valley. The lake features shallow weed beds near the perimeter that slope down to a silty bottom interspersed with submerged tree roots and sunken training objects. Divers frequently encounter local freshwater fish lingering along the edge of the vegetation zones.
