Dive-site story
Located just north of Dahab's central promenade, this shore dive takes divers through a narrow canyon cutting across the reef flat before opening onto a sloping sandy expanse. The central feature is a massive colony of garden eels swaying rhythmically with the swell while feeding in the water column. Healthy hard coral formations and coral blocks flank both sides of the sand bank, harboring diverse Red Sea reef residents.
