Dive-site story
An oval-shaped offshore reef south of Hurghada, Gota Abu Ramada is celebrated for shallow, sunlight-drenched coral gardens sheltered from heavy open-sea swells. A flat plateau of clean white sand wraps around the main reef structure, punctuated by detached coral pinnacles and dense fields of hard stony corals. Divers typically follow lazy circular routes around the coral heads or drift along the eastern wall before returning to the mooring lines.
