Dive-site story
Ras El Torfa and Abu Siyal form a coastal headland and sheltered bay system north of Marsa Alam. A fringing reef wall gradually steps down into a sandy plateau scattered with coral blocks and ergs. The headland catches water movement that draws hunting trevally and barracuda, while the protected bay provides calm conditions favored by grazing turtles and bottom-dwelling marine species.
