Dive-site story
Situated just off Playa Chica in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote, this volcanic formation features a swim-through archway cutting through a basalt reef wall. Divers descend over a gently sloping volcanic seabed before reaching the vertical drop-off and the mouth of the tunnel. Passing through the opening reveals a bright blue backdrop on the outer wall where pelagic visitors often cruise along the drop-off into deeper sandy plains.
