Dive-site story
Rising from the open seafloor off the southwestern coast of Ibiza, this submerged seamount tops out just below the surface. Its exposed offshore position attracts pelagic hunters and schooling fish, while the vertical rock faces drop into deep water. Divers circle the pinnacle at decreasing depths during their ascent, drifting with currents that regularly sweep the rock walls.
