Dive-site story
Located off the northeastern coast of Menorca near Port d'Addaia, this dive takes its name from a vertical limestone shaft cutting through the reef. Divers descend into the chimney to emerge through an archway onto a scattered boulder field surrounded by seagrass meadows. Light beams illuminate the rock fissures, revealing encrusting sponges, nudibranchs, and hidden crustaceans.
