Dive-site story
Capernwray is a purpose-built inland diving quarry in Lancashire, established within a former limestone excavation. Divers navigate between purpose-sunk attractions connected by underwater shot lines and guidance ropes. Sunken features include a Hawker Siddeley 748 airliner fuselage, light aircraft, shipping containers, and small wrecks, alongside statues and a dedicated training platform area.
