Dive-site story
Located off the coast of Agia Pelagia in northern Crete, Chimney centers on a distinctive vertical rock shaft that drops through a limestone headland. Divers enter the top opening and descend through ambient light shafts into the wider chamber below, eventually exiting onto a rugged boulder slope. Beyond the cavern feature, the surrounding reef terrace features fissures and rocky shelves sheltering typical Aegean marine life.
