Dive-site story
Located inside Guam's sheltered Apra Harbor, Finger Reef is a long coral ridge that extends like an outstretched digit from the harbor wall toward the deeper sandy floor. Large colonies of Porites and finger corals blanket the top of the formation, stepping down gentle slopes to meet fine sand. Because the site sits well within the harbor's protective breakwater, sea conditions remain calm throughout most of the year, making it a reliable spot when outer ocean swells pick up.
