Dive-site story
Tumon Bay is protected as a marine preserve along Guam's western coast. While the inner lagoon remains a shallow training area and snorkeling hub, scuba diving takes place along the outer barrier reef where spur-and-groove coral formations slope toward deeper oceanic waters. Hard coral growth flourishes across the outer drop-off, providing shelter for reef sharks, sea turtles, and passing pelagics.
