Dive-site story
Located off the rugged coastline of Šolta Island in the Central Dalmatian archipelago, Marinca Rat centers on a prominent underwater ridge and steep drop-off. The dive begins across rocky plateaus carpeted with seagrass and sponges before giving way to a sheer vertical wall that plunges into deep blue water. Fissures and overhangs cut across the rock face, providing shelter for Mediterranean marine species and colourful soft corals.
