Dive-site story
Situated between several small islets in the Fam Islands archipelago of Raja Ampat, this submerged plateau represents one of the most prolific hard-coral expanses on Earth. Massive fields of staghorn, table, and branching corals carpet the shallows, interspersed with massive Porites bommies. The reef supports extraordinary biodiversity, with swarms of damselfish and anthias hovering over the coral heads while pelagic predators patrol the blue water along the outer slope.
