Dive-site story
Puri Pinnacle rises from the seafloor in the Daram island group within South Raja Ampat's Misool Marine Reserve. Submerged beneath the open ocean surface, this rock formation creates an oasis of hard and soft corals that attracts pelagics and dense schools of reef fish. Divers drift along the current-swept ridges where expansive seafan gardens harbor macro critters, while predatory fish patrol the open blue.
Vast fields of sea fans and vibrant soft corals covering the rocky ridges
Schools of yellowtail fusiliers and jacks moving in tight formations in the blue
Regular sightings of grey reef sharks and wobbegong sharks resting on the substrate
