Dive-site story
Situated along the sheer limestone cliffs of Tavolara within the Punta Coda Cavallo Marine Protected Area, Occhio di Dio gets its name from a striking natural opening in the overhead rock. Sunlight pierces through this ceiling skylight into a cavernous chamber below, illuminating massive boulders and sheltered fissures. Outside the cavern, the rocky slope steps down toward deeper sandy channels lined with posidonia meadows.
