Dive-site story
Located within the Tavolara Punta Coda Cavallo Marine Protected Area in northeastern Sardinia, Secche del Fico features submerged granite formations rising from a sandy seabed. The topography is dominated by sculpted boulders, cracks, and swim-throughs covered in red and yellow gorgonians. Large predatory fish frequently patrol the edges where the rocks taper into the surrounding sand plains.
