Dive-site story
Located offshore from Chioggia in the northern Adriatic Sea, Tegnue Serenissima forms part of a protected zone composed of biogenic rocky outcrops rising above the muddy seabed. These organic reefs, formed primarily by calcareous algae and encrusting invertebrates, create an oasis for marine life amidst vast sediment plains. Divers follow a series of submerged guidance lines across fractured rock platforms, overhangs, and crevices.
