Dive-site story
Located near Dwejra Point on Gozo's western coast, this dive begins in a shallow, semi-enclosed seawater lagoon surrounded by sheer cliffs. Divers descend and swim through a natural chasm slicing straight through the headland. Natural light filters down through the tunnel roof from fissures above before the passage opens abruptly onto the outer sea, where a vertical wall plunges into the deep blue.
Transit through an open-ceiling rocky tunnel flanked by steep limestone walls
Stramatic light beams cutting through the tunnel exit into deep water
Expansive vertical wall dropping off into open sea outside the chasm
