Dive-site story
Sunk deliberately in June 2013 as an artificial reef off Exiles Point in Sliema, Tug 2 sits on a flat seabed close to the rocky shoreline reef. A winter storm later shifted the vessel closer to the reef wall, making navigation between the natural limestone drop-off and the metal hull straightforward. Divers can swim through open doorways and explore the wheelhouse without tight restrictions, making it an accessible wreck experience in calm coastal waters.
