Dive-site story
Located off the northern coast of Mauritius, Lost Anchor (also known locally as L'Ancre Perdue) centers on an imposing historical ship anchor resting upright against a deep reef formation. Divers descend onto a coral plateau dominated by large green branching coral trees and expansive gorgonian fans. Pelagic species frequently sweep past the structure from the open ocean, while morays and crustaceans shelter among the heavy chain links and nearby crevices.
