Dive-site story
Chopitos is a shallow reef site set within Cabo Pulmo National Marine Park along the East Cape of Baja California Sur. The bottom topography consists of low-profile rocky outcroppings and scattered Pocillopora hard coral heads resting on open sand channels. Because of the sheltered nature and gentle slope, the site is frequently used for refresher dives, navigation practice, and relaxed macro searching.
