Cuevitas is a shallow coastal reef site located off the Riviera Maya coast near Tulum and Akumal. Named for the network of small caves, arches, and limestone overhangs scattered across the seabed, it offers calm exploration through mini caverns and coral fingers. Sea turtles frequent the sandy patches between coral formations, while nurse sharks often rest beneath the ledges.
