Located off the southwestern coast of Isla Mujeres within the protected national marine park, Manchones is a sprawling shallow reef system celebrated for both its natural coral banks and the underwater sculpture installations of MUSA. The terrain features elongated coral spurs, patch reefs, and wide sandy channels where sunlight illuminates large heads of brain and mountainous star coral.
